Your Responsibilities
- Own lead nurturing and initial client conversations from first response to discovery
- Own pipeline health at all times — proactively ensure active deals at every stage,
- Run discovery calls, understand client needs, and make quotation and proposals with coordination with BA team.
- Coordinate demos, follow-ups, and client queries end to end
- Review proposals before they go to clients and ensure turnaround time
- Manage SDR’S daily check-ins, proposal quality, response targets
- Track team KPIs and present weekly pipeline
- Handle performance conversations with team directly

You’re The Right Fit If
1 years of BD or sales experience in an IT or software house
Decent English — written and spoken
Familiar with Upwork or other freelance platforms
Eager to learn, proactive, and doesn’t need to be chased
