Your Responsibilities

• Own lead nurturing and initial client conversations from first response to discovery
• Own pipeline health at all times — proactively ensure active deals at every stage,
• Run discovery calls, understand client needs, and make quotation and proposals with coordination with BA team.
• Coordinate demos, follow-ups, and client queries end to end
• Review proposals before they go to clients and ensure turnaround time
• Manage SDR’S daily  check-ins, proposal quality, response targets
• Track team KPIs and present weekly pipeline
• Handle performance conversations with team directly

You’re The Right Fit If

• 2–4 years in IT/software BD with real client relationship experience
• Strong English — written and spoken
• Has managed or coached a team member before
• Knows AI terminology at a client conversation level
