Key Responsibilities

• Product Mindset & AI Expertise: Apply product-oriented thinking to AI project delivery, understanding both business objectives and technical feasibility
• Technical Leadership: Demonstrate proficiency in technical terminologies and concepts, especially in Python, AWS, and AI technologies
• Team Management: Efficiently lead, motivate, and manage technical teams, promoting a collaborative and high-performing work culture
• Quality Focus: Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards with a “get things done” attitude
• Verification & Transparency: Verify actual progress through tangible evidence beyond team reporting (code reviews, feature completion, testing metrics)
• Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks and bottlenecks, escalating issues appropriately with viable solutions
• Psychological Safety: Foster an environment where team members feel comfortable reporting challenges and realistic timelines
• Agile Implementation: Lead sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives with clear action items and accountability
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate complex AI concepts to diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably with AI/ML products
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven track record of successfully delivered technical projects with measurable outcomes
• Strong understanding and experience with
• Proficiency in ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or similar project management tools
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI tools and prompt engineering
• Understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, and implementation challenges
• Experience leading AI product development lifecycles
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience managing distributed development teams
• Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible development practices
