Kodexo Labs is seeking a Business Development Executive for B2B Software solutions to join our dynamic team in Karachi. You'll be at the forefront of AI-assisted development, using cutting-edge tools to build faster, smarter, and more efficient solutions while potentially transitioning into our growing GenAI practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management:

  • Quick response to inbound leads
  • Lead qualification
  • Quick response to inbound leads

Client Communication:

  • Discovery calls
  • Technical requirement gathering
  • Solution presentations
  • Proposal walkthroughs

    Proposal Development:
  • Creating custom proposals
  • Solution scoping
  • Pricing strategy
  • Technical documentation review

    Platform Management:
  • Understanding of platform dynamics
  • Experience with B2B software sales
  • Proposal/bid optimization

Required Experience:

  • 1-2 years in B2B software sales
  • Experience with custom software development and sales
  • Understanding of technical concepts
  • Proven track record in proposal writing
  • Experience in consultative selling

Must-Have Skills:

Technical:

  • Ability to understand technical requirements
  • Excellent Understanding of software development
  • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and major platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic)
  • Basic understanding of ML/DL concepts and development cycles
  • Ability to translate business problems into AI solution components
  • Experience explaining AI capabilities and limitations to non-technical clients
  • Familiarity with data requirements and ethical considerations for AI projects
  • Understanding of AI ROI and business value propositions
  • Experience with project scoping
